يسرنا أن نرحب بكم في المؤتمر الوطن الخامس والعشرين للجمعية المغربية لجراحة القلب والشرايين، المنعقد في الفترة من 20 إلى 22 نونبر بكلية الطب والصيدلة بمراكش. وينظم هذا الحدث بالتوازي مع الدورة العلمية الثانية للجمعية الإفريقية لجراحة القلب لدى الأطفال والعيوب الخلقية، ويشرفنا أن تقام الدورتان المتتاليتان بمدينة مراكش.
لقد أُع ّد هذا المؤتمر بعناية فائقة، انطلاقًا من إيمان راسخ بأهمية تبادل المعرفة والخبرات وتعزيز الروابط العلمية والمهنية بين الفرق الجراحية. و ُيسعدنا استقبال الزملاء من جميع أنحاء القارة الإفريقية، في مثال حي للتعاون جنوب–جنوب، متحدين جمي ًعا بهدف مشترك يتمثل في تطوير الرعاية لمرضى القلب الشرايين.
يعكس برنامجنا العلمي احتياجات اختصاصنا الحالية وتطلعاته المستقبلية. ففي جراحة القلب والشرايين لدى الأطفال، سنُعيد مناقشة تقنيات أساسية مثل جراحة عيب الحاجز الأذيني البطيني وانقلاب وضع الأوعية الكبرى، مع التركيز على ما يح ّسن .النتائج الجراحية: جودة الرعاية بعد الجراحة والتنسيق متع ّدد التخصصات لخدمة المرضى ذوي القلوب الصغيرة.
أما في جراحة القلب والشرايين عند البالغين، فنلتقي بخبراء في مجالات تُع ّد اليوم من الأكثر تق ّد ًما: جراحة الصمام المترالي عبر التقنيات طفيفة التو ّغل، إعادة التروية التاجية، تسلخ الشريان الأبهر، زرع الصمام الأورطي عبر القسطرة، ترميم الصمام ثلاثي الشرفات، وجراحة القلب الروبوتية. هذه الجلسات لا تهدف فقط إلى عرض التقنيات، بل إلى النقاش وتبادل الرأي واستلهام استراتيجيات أفضل لمرضانا.
ومن الجوانب المميزة لهذا اللقاء مشاركة جميع أفراد عائلتنا المهنية في رعاية مرضى القلب والشرايين. فنحن فخورون بتنظيم ورشات عمل وجلسات مخ ّصصة لفرق تروية الدم، وممرضي وممرضات غرفة العمليات والإنعاش، وفرق التخدير، وأخصائي العلاج الفيزيائي. فخبرتهم تش ّكل الركيزة الأساسية لجراحة قلب آمنة وعالية الجودة.
كما يشرفنا أن نعلن انه سيتم في هذا اللقاء تنصيب الرئيس القادم للجمعية الإفريقية لجراحة القلب لدى الأطفال والعيوب الخلقية، استمرا ًرا لروح التعاون العلمي التي تعزز رؤيتنا القارية المشتركة.

Welcoming Address
Dear colleagues and friends,
It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the 25th National Scientific Meeting of the Moroccan Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, held from November 20th to 22nd at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Marrakech. This event is organized jointly with the 2nd edition of the Scientific Meeting of the African Society of Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery (ASPCHS). It is a great honor and privilege that both editions have been consecutively held in Marrakech, Morocco.
This event has been thoroughly prepared with a strong belief in the importance of sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, and fostering connections between teams and generations of surgeons. We are proud to welcome colleagues from all parts of the African continent, a lively and inspiring embodiment of South–South Cooperation, united by a shared mission: improving cardiovascular care for our populations.
Our scientific program reflects both the current needs and the aspirations of our specialty. In congenital and pediatric cardiac surgery, we will revisit essential procedures such as atrioventricular canal repair and the surgical management of transposition of the great arteries, while focusing on what truly improves outcomes: excellent post-operative care and multidisciplinary coordination for patients with the smallest hearts.
For adult cardiovascular surgery, we gather experts in some of today’s most dynamic fields: minimally invasive mitral valve surgery, coronary revascularization, aortic dissection, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), tricuspid valve repair, and robotic cardiac surgery. These sessions aim not only to showcase techniques but also to foster discussion, challenge ideas, and inspire improved strategies for our patients.
One of the strongest aspects of this meeting is the involvement of our broader family in cardiovascular care. We are proud to host workshops and dedicated sessions for perfusionists, operating room nurses, intensive care nurses, anesthesiology teams, and physiotherapists. Their expertise is the foundation of safe and high-quality cardiac surgery.
We are also honored that, on this occasion, the African Society of Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery will appoint its next President, continuing a spirit of collaboration that strengthens our shared continental vision.
Thank you for being part of this event. We hope the upcoming days bring you scientific insights, professional growth, new friendships, and moments of inspiration. Marrakech welcomes you warmly, and we wish you an unforgettable experience in this extraordinary city.

Chères consœurs, chers confrères, chères amies et chers amis,
C’est avec un immense plaisir que nous vous accueillons au 25e Congrès National de la Société Marocaine de Chirurgie Cardiovasculaire, qui aura lieu du 20 au 22 novembre à la Faculté de Médecine et de Pharmacie de Marrakech. Cet événement est organisé conjointement avec la 2e édition du Congrès Scientifique de la Société Africaine de Chirurgie Cardiaque Pédiatrique et Congénitale (ASPCHS). Nous considérons comme un grand honneur que ces deux éditions se déroulent consécutivement à Marrakech.
Ce congrès a été organisé avec passion et détermination pour partager des connaissances, échanger des expériences et renforcer les liens entre les équipes et générations de chirurgiens. Nous sommes fiers d’accueillir des collègues provenant de l’ensemble du continent africain, une illustration vivante de la Coopération Sud–Sud, tous unis par la même mission : améliorer la prise en charge cardiovasculaire de nos populations.
Notre programme scientifique reflète à la fois les besoins actuels et les aspirations de notre spécialité. En chirurgie cardiaque congénitale et pédiatrique, nous revisiterons la prise en charge chirurgicale du canal atrioventriculaire et de la transposition des gros vaisseaux, en mettant l’accent sur ce qui améliore réellement le pronostic : une excellente prise en charge postopératoire et une coordination multidisciplinaire au service des cœurs les plus petits.
En chirurgie cardiovasculaire de l’adulte, nous réunissons des experts dans des domaines d’actualité : chirurgie mini-invasive de la valve mitrale, revascularisation coronaire, dissection aortique, TAVI, plastie tricuspide et chirurgie cardiaque robotique. Ces sessions visent non seulement à présenter les techniques, mais aussi à susciter la réflexion, à confronter les idées et à inspirer de meilleures stratégies pour nos patients.
L’un des points forts de cette réunion est l’implication de l’ensemble de notre famille professionnelle en chirurgie cardiovasculaire. Nous sommes fiers d’organiser des ateliers et des sessions dédiés aux perfusionnistes, infirmier(e)s de bloc opératoire, infirmier(e)s de réanimation, équipes d’anesthésie, et kinésithérapeutes. Leur expertise est la base d’une chirurgie cardiaque moderne, sûre et de qualité.
Nous sommes également honorés d’annoncer que, à cette occasion, la Société Africaine de Chirurgie Cardiaque Pédiatrique et Congénitale va désigner son prochain président, perpétuant l’esprit de collaboration qui renforce notre vision continentale commune.
